What is the average allowance for a ten year old girl living in Portland Oregon? I am divorced and my family gets about 2,800 a month. I support 3 kids at home, and 2 older ones who I lends a bit of money to. By the way, I am a homeschooling stay at home mom. If anyone knows, would you please answer? Thanks!
